Annual fee rose from $450 to $650 as the card added a $300 annual dining credit and Platinum Elite status
The extra $200 is only recovered if you'd have spent the $300 on restaurants anyway and you actually use the status. Otherwise this was a price increase wearing benefits.
What's the answer?
